This is a church by the sea in Gerani located about 5 km west of Rethymnon. The church is very popular for weddings especially in summer time and weekends.

Here is also a small beach for bathing. Fishing is also popular here, many boats into the sea outside and also fishermen along the shore. Here is also a taverna, but it closed early this autumn. Hopefully it will opens in the springtime again. Nice to sit down there for a beer or wine and something to eat close to the sea.
The cache is a small Lock&Lock box with place for pencil, logbook and a little with trading stuff. Please be stealthy when seeking the cache with people around.
Driving: Both from west and east on the Highway, it is sign-marked for Gerani. Take off and drive down to the sea (not up to Gerani).
