What is Geocaching?
Geocaching is an outdoor scavenger hunt type activity, in which participants use a GPSr or mobile device to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches", anywhere in the WORLD. Rather your a Muggle (someone who has never geocached), found your first cache, or have many under your belt, come out and learn more about this fun hobby or help us share the love of caching with the community!

Geocaching 101 is our "How to" event. We will discuss the basics of geocaching. Such as how to get started, types and sizes, logging your finds, and guidelines & etiquette,
There will be a short Q & A session after so if there is something you really want to learn about, post your questions in your will attend log so we can make sure we cover them!!!
Afterwards we will hunt a couple of nearby caches so you can put all your newfound skills into pratice!!
