I know the 'Záportározó' from my childhood and I come here from
time to time for angling or just for walking around the lakes. The
lake-system is located inside Kecskemét city. It is easy to
approach the reservoir by public transport as well; parking is
available in front of the entrance.The facility can be visited only
from April until end of October and only in the daytime. (at
certain weekends non-stop open due to night-angling possibility).
The price of admission is 55 HUF (Hungarian Forints - 1 USD is ca.
200 HUF).Entrance only from Nyíri út (road), from the beach it is
impossible to enter the reservoir area!!!It takes about 30 minutes
on foot to reach the cache from the entrance gate. As an optional
possibility I recommend to climb the hill next to the lakes. From
the top of it you may enjoy the sights of Kecskemét, however the
cache isn' t hidden on the hill...I wish you a pleasant
