THIS CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED CO-ORDINATES
This spring I fell in love with cycling and have been cycling everywhere. With that it means that I have been putting some serious KM's on my cycle. This is where I hit my first thousand.
To find the actual co-ordinates to this cache you will have to do some reading about the Tour De France.
The first race was run in 1903 with the race organizers offering a daily allowance of five francs to any rider in the first 50 who had won less than 200 francs and who averaged at least "A" KM/H.
The entrance fee for the 1903 race was "B" francs
To find the actual co-ordinates take the posted co-ordinates and do some simple math to the decimal portion of the minutes
