If you look carefully at the nutrician triangle, or whatever they're using these days, you'll notice that PEZ is not listed as a food and is therefore legal to put in a cache. If you're really worried about it open the package, eat those delicious candies and then leave the dispenser.
We all know the routine by now, take a PEZ leave a PEZ. If you're the one cacher out there that doesn't have at least one PEZ in your goodie bag then just sign the log and then head for the store and stock up. It's an American tradition! (assembled in various third world countries)
