Geocache Description:

Grab N Go when muggles not present. Can be very busy at times and cache MAY not be accessable. Wheelchair Accessable.

I lived in this neighborhood as a young child and my family and I would walk up here and buy fresh veggies. Many improvements have been made to the market over the years. This area flourished with industry until the late 1980's. Most of the industry has moved away and, as you can see to the south, replaced with condos and other businesses. More information, including the history of this market, can be found through the city of West Allis, WI website. Placement of this cache was approved by John from the Farmers Market.
