Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Gunnersbury Park West London quite close to Acton and Chiswick. The A4 and M4 are close by and the nearest underground is Acton Town.

This area was added to Gunnersbury Park in 1861, the Gothic Tower was originally a Tile Kiln and the Pond was a clay pit. There is quite a lot of history to this park so it's worth reading the information boards dotted about the park.

There is parking in the park at N51 29.979 W000 17.483 access is from Popes Lane. This is not a 24/7 cache as the park closes at night, the times vary depending on the time of year.
