This is the fourth cache in our EVIL series
Take a look at the title of the cache this is a hint and the lyric's comments also has a few.
Mean Mister Mustard sleeps in the park (no longer sleeps there he has been relocated to this spot)
Shaves in the dark trying to save paper (maybe he CITO's)
Sleeps in a hole in the road (more like a hole near a tree and a fern)
Saving up to buy some clothes (so he's naked and has no camo clothing)
Keeps a ten bob note up his nose (So he can't buy any camo with this, what a cheap skate)
Such a mean old man ( you'd be mean if you lived in a dirty hole and had no clothes)

His sister Pam works in a shop (on Alex's Barr)
She never stops, she's a go-getter (so go get her!!)
Takes him out to look at the queen
Only place that he's ever been (I wonder Y)
Always shouts out something obscene (#$?%!)
