The Vätternrundan is a giant bicycle race around lake Vättern. The distance is 300 km and more than 15.000 people of all ages participates. Vätternrundan is one of four events in the 'En svensk klassiker'. The others are Vansbrosimmet (GC70C7), Lidingöloppet (GC944F) and Vasaloppet (GCDAA4). This cache is hidden close to the second last service depot, at Hammarsbron between Askersund and Motala. Here you can have water, coffee and bananas to take you the remaining 38 kilometers to the finish line in Motala. We didn't have time to stop here to deploy the cache during the race, so we returned the day after.
