When:Â Saturday, November 10th
3:00PM: Doors Open. Event sign-in starts.
  3:00PM-3:15PM: Social time and find a seat.
  3:15PM-4:15PM: GIFF Film Showing, run-time ~1hour.
  4:15PM-4:45PM: Wrap up time, then let's CITO the place up!

The room is reserved for 2 hours and must be vacated promptly at 5:00 PM
To help offset the cost of the facility rental ($268.00), I am requesting a $3.00 donation from each attendee to recoup my out of pocket costs.
The combined rooms can hold a maximum of 25 34 maximum of 68 persons; upon reaching maximum occupancy, the event will be closed to stay in compliance with city regulations.
