Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the above co-ords but it is where you will find the information to locate GZ.

To find the cache you will need to visit the Boraning Cemetery. Commonly known as Marling Cemetery, this was the burial site of the early pioneers of the Lower Williams River. The land was original a private burial ground owned by the Lavender family of Marling.

As early as 1908 the Lavenders wished to have it declared a public cemetery, and it was finally gazetted in December 1944.

There you will need to find four different grave sites to work out the missing letters for the location of the cache.

The cache can be found at S33 AB.CDE E116 FG.HJK

Grave site 1: Catherine Cowcher. “AB” equals age at death minus 1.5.

Grave site 2: Robert Lancelot. “CDE” equals year of death minus 1,454.

Grave site 3: Kristopher William Lavender. “FG” equals year of death 19?? minus 23.

Grave site 4: Syd Fletcher. “HIJ” equals the following missing information for the day he died: J = month and H&K = year (H93K)

Get all this and you will find the cache. Cache is not located near any grave site, so please do not disturb actual burial sites. My first cache and first multi (so hopeful I get this correct).

The cache is a sestema container containing log sheet and tradeable items. There is a lapel pin inside for the FTF.

Good Luck!

Congratulations to cul8trr - FTF! 24th October 2010.
