This concrete rainbow has been here as long as I can remember. Not many people know that it has never been used, and drive by it every day. My only explaination is that maybe the rancher didn't like the freeway cutting his land in half. In return Texas made the Rancher a concrete rainbow to get his cattle and equipment accross. This is not a place for shorts and sandals! Watch for the regular widlife that might sting or bite.
