The sixth and last (or the first of course, if you go the other way) of the a series along Putney Park Lane, a pleasant traffic free byway with medieval origins that runs between the Upper Richmond Road and Putney Heath. Over the years it has been extended onto Putney Heath and down to the River.
You are looking for a small, magnetic container with a log only, so bring your own pencil. This used to be on the gate but as it has disappeared a few times, have tried a new location (Feb 20) technically on the Heath. For a bit of history, see North Lodge (GC353V2) at the other end of Putney Park Lane. South Lodge is the gatehouse at the southern end of the Lane. It looks a little sad, unlike its sybling at the northern end, but is occupied.
