Bagram's Second WWFM Event, Same Bat Place, Same Bat Time, Different Bat Date!!!
This is a Get in, Git R' Dun, and Get out event. For those of you who dont know what the WWFM is all about, it is a World Wide Flash Mob event. At exactly 12noon Central Standard Time, and the corresponding same time around the world; Geocachers around the world will run to the designated spots, meet and hold events simultaniously, and then exactly 15 minutes later, they all dissapear like nothing happened.
Here at Bagram, at exactly 2230L (1030PM for you Civilian types)(1815Z for the Aviators) Rick of Rickandjen will be out in front of Pritchard's Persuader. I will be in A2CU's holding the swoopy new Garmin Oregon 400t. (Shameless plug I know) We will meet, greet, sign the log, eat some candy for the meal requirement, Take a picture, and in 15 minutes or less, we will roll out.
For those of you who were at the First Annual Bagram WWFM event (WWFM3) it is in the exact same place.
Please do not hang out in front of the Persuader, the object is to mob the place at exactly the same time seemingly from nowhere. Kinda spoils the effect if everyone is already hanging out there.
This is as SDAJumpmaster from Khandahar says, a "no frills" event. Feel free to bring your cameras, TBs, and Coins to trade and move along. Be aware, 15 minutes, no more than we roll out. Hope to see everyone there
