This is an easy cache, you'll just need a cell phone or a friend with a computer and an internet connection. Go to the location, pull up the webcam and then take a screen capture from this webcam once you are in view.
Then post the image of yourself along with your log.
YOU MUST POST THE WEBCAM IMAGE OF YOURSELF WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE LOG OR ELSE THE LOG WILL BE DELETED!
It's that easy! Since this is a high traffic area, should you wave your arms around insanely for the camera, all the better.
