The coords lead you near one of two hidden parks in lakeview village. Both of which have the characteristic three hills; interesting isn't it?
The cache is a square camo'd tin . It is a BYOP. This is the fourth of the "letter cache" series after A's cache. So, similarly you can decode the following to find out the actual title: 01000111 01101001 01101111 01110110 01100001 01101110 01101110 01101001
It's a simple cipher that you can crack using an online decoder. I hope you can figure this one out. Have fun, and most importantly be safe! Also please be sure you place the cache EXATLY back where it was, and make sure that you CLOSE the log book bag. Thanks!
