The CITO will take place along Point Grey Beach on Sunday
19th.
The cleanup orientation will begin at 10:10AM at the listed
coordinates and end around 1:30PM.
This CITO is part of The Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup, an
initiative of the Vancouver Aquarium to get locals outside and
cleaning up their community's shorelines.

Hope to see everyone come out for a great day.
This will bethe 17th anniversary of the cleanup. Last year
participants removed 160,914 kg of litter from 2,457 km of
shoreline in 2009. The Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup has become
Canada’s largest contributor to the International Coastal
Cleanup, a global effort to remove harmful litter and aquatic
debris from shorelines.
