Geocache Description:

A puzzle cache that owes a tip of the hat for the ideas to some of the many puzzle caches I have enjoyed over the last year. Naturally the co-ordinates are not of the cache but roughly of a relatively nearby pub.

On the day that the British defeated the French in Italy (and a hill and valley in London were subsequently named after the battle name), a fictitious departure occurred that is immortalised in song.
