On a quest for adventure many years ago both I and a friend decided to explore parts of Bundaberg that were not seen by most. Those places that were tucked away from the eyes of passers-by, the alleys that twisted and turned between buildings, the spots that took a little bit off work to get to, as well as the darkest corridors of Bundaberg's Underworld.
This adventure was one of the greatest we embarked on, a very dark place where cockroaches scurry in fear, where spiders silently waited for prey and bats often brushed wings with intrepid adventurers exploring here. There are many paintings scattered along the path leading to the cache left by the inhabitants who used to dwell here, accommodating those who enjoy an artistic journey.
To get to the cache you will have to enter the cave from near Barolin Street, and plenty of parking is available 24/7 just a few metres from the entrance. If you make it to the other end of the cave you have gone too far. GPS may be unavailable when you are at GZ due to the location, but a hint has been provided to make it easier to locate when you are in the vicinity.
Log book will be checked periodically. Failure to sign may result in your find being deleted.
