Located in the new KC Ceder Creek Park Trail system. Parking is near SE 253 and 212th PL SE. READ THE CACHE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY. The cache is located off the main trail up the hill (NE) and is on a large camouflaged container. THERE IS NO NEED TO ADD TO OR TAKE CANISTERS FROM THE CACHE. There’s a chance this one will prove to be a hair puller but in a fun kind of way. I had the great misfortune of doing JerEvie's cache similar to this one and wanted to share the fun and frustration with others.
I always rather liked the name Quigley. I first heard it 1990 in the Tom Selleck movie QUIGLEY DOWN UNDER. Years later, we named one of our cats Quigley. And that is how I became “Quigley’s Mom". QUIGLEY DOWN UNDER hit the BOX office in 1990 Sharpshooter Matt Quigley (Tom Sellleck) is hired from Montana by an Australian rancher who is paying him a very high price. But when Quigley arrives Down Under - all is not as it seems. We saw a cache like this in another state and thought it fun concept that we would like to try. BEWARE OF SOME NETTLES IN AREA. We cut some down and pulled some up, but please beware. TRY SOLVING THIS ONE WITHOUT THE HINT FIRST AND IF YOU'RE STUMPED FINDING THE LOG USE THE HINT.
6/6/14 Note: I moved it NE about 20 feet. It is now about 3 paces off the little trail between the trail and the maple tree near the big ferns.
