Geocache Description:

This cache is a bison tube hidden on the South Williamsport side of the Susquehanna River-Walk. Look further down the trail and up on the concrete Floodwall and you will see the large stainless steel sculpture, titled "WHAT LIVES IN THERE". Michael Patterson, a local artist, created the 35-foot sculpture, which depicts nine fish native to the Susquehanna River:

Musky, Shad, Carp, Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Catfish, Sucker, Sunfish, and Eel.

The piece was commissioned by local art advocacy group PublicARTWORKS, a subcommittee of the Lycoming County Celebrates the Arts Alliance. The River-Walk narrows as it goes around the floodwall so if you go down there be careful and watch out for bicyclists and runners coming around the corner.

Congratulations to cjbosch for being First To Find ! How fitting for an Art Teacher to get FTF on this Artwork cache.
