'Ele'ele Pele Pa Traditional Geocache

Coordinates are: N 20 53.203, W 156 41.116 (these coordinates are often off and wonky here on the island, so make your radius a linear 120 feet to search) An historic 'Ele'ele Pele Pa [Black Lava Wall] runs between Aloha Mixed Plate and Old Lahaina Luau. NOT by garbage, come around to the trees, lava wall, and ocean side. Oh yeah--TREES, I said trees (not picnic benches or dumpster.) Loads of muggles in the afternoons and evening with heavy tourism and luau crowds.

It is best to park in the Aloha Mixed Plate lot, at Freida's or Mala/Hono Seafood and.  GO EARLY; yeah, like daybreak--this place is TEAMING WITH MUGGLES after 10:00 a.m.   THE CACHE IS NOT BY DUMPSTERS OR THE GROSS STUFF, SO DON'T EVEN LOOK THERE. Please be very careful you replace the cache the same way, or it will be swept out to sea . . . Oh and take photos, please; for I shall miss Maui dearly until our return!
