I have been caching since 2001. Recently I was reflecting on those cachers that have had a significant part of my caching journey.
I had always been pretty much a solo cacher and a FTF hound. I kept running into Campykestral on FTF trys and eventually we ended up just going together. We both quickly realized the advantages of caching together. You have someone to share your experience, two sets of eyes are better than one and gas costs are cut in half.
Campy before his caching times was the pit crew boss for a very famous Nascar racer. He had lots of interesting stories.
Unfortunately, Campy is now fighting Alzheimer's disease and had to cease caching.
