Park with in 3 feet of cache STEALTH!!! required as cache is in
full view of the nearby project. 
Absolutely no reason to place this cache other than I wanted to do
one of this type and I had regular access to this location. Watch
out for the security guard. I hear they are getting to be more and
more prevalent. Good luck. (8/12/06) Well the project is long since
done and now a thriving community. Please be respectful of the
