Geocache Description:

Cache is lacated off of 662 (Old Wye Mills Road). It is on the side of the road between the $1500 fine for littering sign and a stone monument. The monument is slightly overgrown and on the other side of a barb-wire fence, but not hard to find. There is no need to cross the fence or reach on the other side of it. There is enough room to park on the side of the road you will see what I am talking about when you get there.
