pljg: This was a strange coincidence. On the same day that the reviewer's query was logged I received an email saying that Henry is missing, presumed dead.

Sadly, he only made it as far as Gloucestershire after his release and it turned out that he was safer as a kidnap victim than a free hare.
It seems fitting to archive this cache.
Many thanks to all who "donated".

But be warned, we are so evil that we aren't releasing our new hostage and if our fortune runs low we may have to start a new fund raising "campaign".

4. If people start printing their own million "pound" notes than that will disrupt the fun and I think that there are very large denomination toy notes in circulation if you have the right game.
