The City of Eugene Parks and Open Spaces has just completed the installation of a new PTZ camera in Owen Rose Garden.
Like the Meadowlark Prairie webcam, you can take control of the camera to pan, tilt or zoom in for a really good image.
Watching the people in the park stroll by is almost like live streaming video because the camera refreshes very rapidly.
You can visit the garden without leaving home! They are still working on the aroma transmitter.
In order to log this one, first go to the coordinates and have a seat on Ashlyne's bench.
Next, call a friend and have them save the image of you with your GPS held high in one hand.
