There is no cache at the above coordinates, but this location is not very far from the actual cache site and the other landmarks referred to below.
Two old crows met to compile a list of particularly adept geocachers. At sunset, they hid their list, still a work in progress, at a secret location near but not on the campus of a well known institution of higher learning.
The first crow then flew from this location (in a straight line, as crows are wont to do) 943 yards to alight upon the limestone brow of a famous fighting feline. The second crow flew 587 yards (also in a straight line, of course) to alight upon the venerable Hosler Oak.
Can you find their secret location and add your name to the list?
The cache is a sandwich sized plastic container with only room for small swap items. The cache site is accessible only from dawn to dusk and no bushwhacking is required. Permission was obtained for the cache site.
Thanks to Pamela J. Salokangas, Director of Parks & Recreation, Centre Region Parks & Recreation for her support of geocaching.
