Geocache Description:

This cache is located a short walk from parking down the Carriage Path. It is hidden very close to the trail.

Where Pocono Frolics is dedicated to my GeoDog Pocono.  Pocono has been caching since her 6th birthday on May 18, 2012 and has been to over 5000 caches so far. She loves all geocaches but she especially loves the ones where she can run around on trails.

The original contents are dog related items as well as an unactivated First To Find Micro Geocoin for the first person to find the cache.

Veasey is a 47.5 acre property owned and managed by the Groveland Conservation Commission. It was purchased by the Town of Groveland in 1996 for conservation and recreational use, and includes fields, woods, and freshwater shoreline habitats. Humans also enjoy these lovely open spaces, as well as use Veasey's trail system, picnic areas, car top boat access, and popular winter sledding hill. Veasey is also a good spot for birding and star gazing. Dogs on leash are very welcome to bring their owners. (VeaseyPark.org)

Veasey Park is also where I stumbled upon my first geocache, Art In the Park. After finding Where Pocono Frolics, you can check out some of the other trails.

The grounds at Veasey Park are open daily from dawn to dusk. Do not go looking for the cache at any other time.
Please be careful removing and replacing the cache.
