Another in the Motorway Mayhem series, to break the monotony of your journey. This one is alongside the B5256, on the west side of M6 J28.
Welcome to the Borough of South Ribble (just).
The best place to park for a short stay is Ryden Avenue, the access road to Leyland Hotel, which you can't miss. If you use the hotel car park it could prove to be expensive, unless you are using the hotel facilities.
The micro cache is about 25 metres from several very comely maidens, but it is close to another lady.
