Note that cache is not located at above coordinates but is very close.
The above coordinates will lead you to the original cache location, a small (now large) conifer with a blue "Vancouver Bookbinding" tag. From this spot, you need to go 40m E and 24m N, assuming flat earth. This is equivalent to 47m (154 ft) @ 31 deg true.
The new tupperware box is clear with a blue lid, approx 8x4x3". Contains some brand new gadgets, toys, pins and unknown objects. New spot is better hidden than the old one but still within sight of a path, so be stealthy. Our readings were mediocre - 8-10m accuracy on overcast day, averaged over several points. Let us know if you get better accuracy, we can update the final coords as necessary.
There are several other caches nearby which make for a good 2 for 1 trip. Also check out the beavers and ducks in the pond to the northeast of the cache. Let us know what you think.
