Though the tower is still in use, it is believed the abandoned communication center at it's base was manned and ready during the Cold War phase of the Astella's (Umbrella Corp. located in south Norman off HWY 9) production and distribution of their zombie warriors. This tower provided secure satilite communication SATCOM to summon air transport for the UNISOL (zombie) warriors as rail transport had become obsolete. No need to enter the fence to find a concealed, smallish container suitable for small trades. Remove container cap. Please don't pull wire as it will tear lid. First to find gets a new unregistered trackable.
