Geocache Description:

The specified coordinates are in the middle of a roundabout on Nine Mile Ride. The cache is not hidden there.

Easter Island is an island of Mystery. Why were the Moai (stone heads) built. How were they moved? What do the Rongorongo tablets mean? Why did all the trees on the island disappear? These and many other questions have perplexed historians since the island was discovered by the Europeans in the 1700's.

Anyhow, enough of the preamble. The answer really all is in the picture below. Take a look and see if you can decipher what it all means (or at least deduce the coordinates for the cache). This puzzle will require some basic experience in the use of commonplace home/office software on a computer and can be done entirely at home. If you have Windows on your PC (and for that matter any other OS such as Linux or Apple based), you will have access to the level of software you require. Once the riddle is solved, the cache will be easy to find.

It is possible to park within yards of the cache, but you may choose not to.
