This cache is in honor of one of my nemesis caches - Elevation Issue (GCXEXT) by the Holy Cowboys in State College, PA.
I look for that cache almost every time I pass through State College (which is 2-3 times a year). I suppose I have attempted this cache 5 or 6 times by now. I wouldn't want my friends at home to miss out on such a challenge, so I decided to place one of my own.
The cache is a 2 stage multi. Please rehide as found.
Even if you don't make the find, you will be treated to some great views of the area. While you are there, you can also work on the coordinates for cache Thank-Q CCCA (GC14MD0) by Mocadeki.
