What: Meet and greet
When: Saturday January 6, 2018 at 1200 noon to 12:30pm
Length: 30 minutes. Host will be there as long as people want to visit
Requirements: Just show up and visit a bit.
We are from MN and will be vacationing in Florida around this date. There was no event currently planned during our stay so we decided to host one ourselves. We thought this would be a great spot to hold a meet and greet as it is a very neat thing to see. There is actually a virtual located here as well. That is how we knew about this spot - we did the virtual on a previous trip to the area. This Monument of the States was built in the 1940's. See if you can find your home state on it - we did!
There are so many travelers/visitors from all over the states and beyond as well as local geocachers in this area . It would be nice to meet a few of them for a short little event. Bring TB's along to exchange if you want.
