Kocianka Traditional Geocache

Kocianka je ustav socialni pece pro telesne postizenou mladez. Jde o zarizeni pro denni, tydenni a celorocni pobyt deti a mladeze. Kocianka poskytuje na sve pude prostor pro cinnost skolskych zarizeni, obcanskych sdruzeni, cirkevnich iniciativ, sportovnich klubu a dalsich subjektu. Pro sve klienty zajistuje take dalsi odbornou pripravu pro zivot spocivajici v rekvalifikaci, praci v modelovych dilnach a v zacleneni do socialne-vzdelavacich programu.

Ustav byl zalozen v roce 1919 ucitelem a humanistou Janem Chlupem. Cilem bylo poskytovat peci detem s telesnym postizenim. Dnes je kapacita ustavu zhruba ctyri sta klientu, a Kocianka je tak nejvetsim zarizenim sveho druhu v ceske republice.

Jednotlive budovy USP Kocianka jsou rozmisteny ve velmi peknem parku. Bohuzel do nej ale neni volny pristup. Cache je proto ulozena mimo areal. Ve dne je misto velmi aktivni, takze prosim budte opatrni.

USP Kocianka is an institution for social care of physically handicapped persons. This institution offers daily, weekly or yearlong stay for children and young people. There are schools, civil and church societies, sport clubs and other activities. Kocianka provides also a professional training for the customers: reskilling, workshops and integration into educational programs.

Kocianka was found in 1920 by teacher and humanist Jan Chlup to offer care to physically handicapped children. Regarding present capacity four hundred clients, Kocianka is the biggest institution of this kind in Czech Republic.

Kocianka buildings location is in very nice park. However there is no free access in this park, so the cache is hidden outside Kocianka grounds. Please be cautious, this place is pretty active by day.
