Geocache Description:

one liter sistema placed along Latrobe's Sheehan Walk and Memorial – a tribute to a Latrobe local hero after whom a Collins Class Submarine, HMAS Sheehan, is named.

This will take you on a nice little path to bell's parade - you can walk in a loop back by either the road and shops or up over the hill through the forest. It's a replacement for (visit link) Don't bust yourself going for a FTF as the logbook is already filled by hunters from the previous cache who beta tested the placement for me (coords made on iphone were dreadful - thanks to hookline for better ones).
Seems to survive the recent floody weather. Area is subject to occaisional gardening attacks so pop the rock on top.
