We love a February Bonfire Outdoors !!!!! Event Cache

The2Lauras: thank you to all who came to this little get together. the weather was perfect right up until 8 pm when a few sprinkles hit us......a mad dash to put away everything to keep dry worked very well....we geocachers call that team work!! i should rename this event as the "Connecticut take over" bonfire event. such a tiny state. but such cool folks to meet, not a crabby one in the bunch !!!! and this event was 99% snowbird, if i may add. all my local folks must have been too busy. spaghetti was a hit but our geo telephone game went south early...very early. lol we gave out a hand full of prizes from our prize vault and glad you folks like recycled wood gifts with your geo name on it. one last note.....the elusive geocachers called "2 ol' farts and a gps" showed up in the dark and in the rain at about 8:15. we had just closed down the bonfire and said goodbye to our last guest at about 8:10 in the rainy drizzle. i ran to get their special gift and at least reward them for their effort of showing up technically within the time said on the geocaching site. they were very kind and hope they log an "attended". SEE YOU ALL ON MARCH 10 FOR OUR BIG OLYMPIC RING OF FIRE BONFIRE EVENT !!!!!
