Welcome to Whack-A-Looney, which is a variant of Whack-A-Lackey created by Ranger Fox), but with a local spin for GAG23. This is a “Play anywhere” cartridge, but it requires you to play it relatively nearby (20 mile radius/32km) to reveal the final zone. Depending on the difficulty level you choose, you will be required to walk or run around you, so an open space without barricades is recommended. The posted coordinates are a suggestion, but feel free to use a different field.
This is a timed game. You have 5 minutes to whack as many “moles” as you can, and score as many points as possible. The points each mole is worth differs. There are bonus powerups that may help or hinder your game. To “win” the game and find the geocache, you must earn a score of at least 500 points. NOTE- wherever you start the cartridge becomes the center, so don't start this on the edge of your field.
The three difficulty levels are:
1. Looney 2. Binthair 3. Geomob
On the higher difficulty levels, the playing field is larger, but the targets are worth more points. Share your scores in your log!
