An easy one, but there will be muggles everywhere here.
This one is close to a bus stop on a main road. It's also very close to a school & church, so there are going to be lots of mini-muggles at certain times of the day.
The caretaker of the church/school is also a cacher, knows of the cache, and will keep an eye on it for us.
