This is basically a PNG multi-cache where the final cache is about 10 minutes away from the first cache, which is hidden near the namesake housing development and nursing home of the Mingo Indian, Chief Logan, who gave a speech under a large Elm tree.
This mirco cache is a capsule bottle which contains only the coordinates, details, clues and hints to the final cache. You may have to use stealth to find this cache. There is an area NEAR the location of this cache that is off limits (there is a sign that marks it but it is easy to get this cache without going into the restricted area).
