I know I'm placing this Cache in a historical location. There is What I would think of as an old foundation from a building long passed. Looking on the rocks around it you can notice there are a few holes in the rocks as well. Looking into it a bit I found out that there are a few different stories of what it might have been. One of the stories says that it might have been an old radar station that was last used in WWII. Continuing to look I stumbled across an article that said it was an experimental salmon farm back in the early 1970s . They say that it went on for about 5 years the cove was netted off at the opening they say that in the fifth year the net was mysteriously chopped down and then salmon escaped . The foundation that you see was an office where they logged all the information over the 5 years. Not fully sure on what is right or wrong all I know is that it was an amazing hike and I was glad to talk the time to look up the history behind it.
