I can't think of any active geocaches in Wake County that use this technique, so I thought I'd add one to the area. You seek a black nano. You WILL need a special retrieval tool to retrieve this cache if it was put back properly.
I am not expecting locating it to be too difficult, but retrieving it will likely be a good bit more difficult. Thus, try not to look too suspicious. If the cache is not where it seems like it should be let me know and I'll fix it.
