Ernest Hemingway used to hang out at an old bookstore a few blocks away when he resided in Poky. 
I'll bet Hemingway knew the reporters (that worked out of the office that houses the webcam) well. This cam is located in the offices of the Idaho State Journal. The mouse is mightier than the pen. You have the power! This webcam is operated by remote control. You will need an assistant at home logged into the webcam. In order to log it, you must go to the coords and have your photo snapped on 1 of the 3 visible corners of the intersection using the webcams controls. You must also stand squarely facing the camera, raise your GPS above your head and declare "I have the POWER!" as your picture is taken. During peak times you may have to wrestle control of the camera from another visitor, adding a star of difficulty. Post your pics in your online log.
