Debbear often drives around here, and has gotten very annoyed at drivers who attempt to do the wrong thing. She could have succumbed to road rage, or decided to move to Milwaukee. Instead, she wrote a letter, and then one day this sign appeared! When you log the cache, feel free to share the story of a time you turned your annoyance into making the world a better place.
