The cache is found within Gateway Park (founded in 1992).

Just a park that needed a cache! Why the name 12-years? Well, geocaching is turning 12 this weekend (getting closer to being able to drive!) and my world change a lot 12-years ago. So, I'm calling this cache 12-years!
