East Central Ohio, accessable by motor vehicle. Out of the way but easy to find.
The co-ordinates are for the informational sign. This is a unique structure on the Old National Road, also known as the Cumberland Road which extended 800 miles from Cumberland Md. to Vandalia Ill. Log this find by e-mailing me the name of the Group which erected the plaque above the Keystone on the structure.
