Geocache Description:

This is the seventh evil cache (my fifth placement) along this former railway. This cache memorializes "Bill" who used to play near here.

This cache is a spice bottle with several trade items. It is small, so you will need to bring your own pen. As with the others, it is less than a dozen feet from the trail. (Ok, a lot closer than that, use the hint if you need to.)

There seems to be a new letterbox under the bridge. It is not the cache. The geocache, if you find it, has the appropriate geo-notice and longsheet.

Come visit Iron Horse Trail in Contra Costa County. The cache is easily accessed by bicycling, roller blading, jogging or just plain old strolling along. With this said, bring the family and fido to find this cache as it is a nice paved horizontal path. There are multiple places for parking along the trail.

This multi-use, whole-access trail between the cities of Concord and Dublin follows the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way established in 1891 and abandoned in 1977. For more information visit the East Bay Parks Website at:
