Initial Stage and short walk to final. One of the few untapped, levee-free Columbia River waterfront properties is located within the Port's Big Pasco Industrial Center. Osprey Pointe is a unique blend of high-end business office space, open spaces and public waterfront trails. It is being developed as both a 'Class A' business center and a public waterfront destination.
