This cache is the finale of the 2016 NoVAGO Murder Mystery series. Each of the previous caches have a code word that is required to unlock both later caches in the series and this, the grand ultimate finale (cue serious and dramatic music)
The Report (NoVAGO Murder Mystery #10) introduced us to "Ivan the Terrible". Ivan's real name is Vinny Cipher - Bill's brother. As we dug a little further we found that he had a significant portion of DiamondLog's stock, and was the main driver behind the development of the Copperhead Scimitar. There's too many coincidences here to think he isn't guilty - why else would Scarlett have lamented him so, and Tony drank so much? His whereabouts are nearby, radio into HQ to receive instructions on nabbing this criminal mastermind. Be careful though. Nabbing a tough suspect like this always involves some twists and turns. Be prepared with typical detective items such as tweezers, web enabled mobile devices, self-destructing note pads, and whatever else Batman keeps on his belt.
As a prerequisite to finding this cache, you must first each of the previous caches in the series. If you have carefully analyzed the report, you should have the info needed to find the suspect’s current whereabouts. To receive the coordinates you have two options (both options return the same info):
1) Include the key word or words from the Report cache (NoVAGO Murder Mystery #10) in the subject line of an email to 2016.novago.mystery@gmail.com. An automated reply will provide you detailed information.
2) Download the following password-protected pdf file and create the password thusly: In all lower case enter the key word or words. If there is more than one word, include the space. So if the words were bouncy ball then password would be bouncy ball.
